With over 30 years of litigation, negotiation and collaborative efforts, John has assisted clients across the state with a myriad of legal problems and concerns.
John represents individuals and entities who face a variety of legal issues in Federal, State and County courts throughout Nebraska.
John is an experienced criminal and DUI defense attorney. He is located in Omaha and serves clients throughout Nebraska.
Before attending college and law school in Nebraska at Creighton University, John was lived on a farm in western Kansas.
In college he was involved in numerous campus activities and associations.
John is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association, the Nebraska Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Nebraska Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Community involvement is important to John. He has served as a member of the board of directors of Community Alliance and with the Nebraska Association of Farm Workers. He is a past president of the Omaha Business Boosters. John and Sue are members of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church parish.
He has been married to Sue for 33 years and they have 3 children. John is especially proud of his two grandsons.
